General conditions of sale

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the contractual relations between the companyEuro Drive-Coand its customers in the context of the sale of new and used motor vehicles, as well as vehicle trade-in services.

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions which take precedence over any other document.

The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date of the order.

New vehicles: vehicles that have never been registered, sold with manufacturer's warranty

Used vehicles: vehicles that have already been registered, sold with legal guarantee of conformity

Each vehicle is the subject of a detailed description specifying its essential characteristics.

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding registration fees.

Prices may be modified at any time but will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

The price includes: the vehicle, the equipment mentioned in the description sheet and the legal guarantee.

The price does not include: registration fees, vehicle registration, insurance, fuel and optional accessories not mentioned.

The order is firm and final after payment of the deposit and signature of the order form.

A deposit of 10% of the price including tax is required when ordering.

The customer must provide all necessary documents (proof of identity, address, driving license).

Payment can be made by: bank transfer, certified check, credit card or financing.

The balance of the price must be paid before delivery of the vehicle.

In the case of financing, the sale is subject to obtaining credit. In case of refusal, the order will be canceled and the deposit returned.

Delivery is made to our premises or to the agreed address.

The delivery time is given for information purposes only and may vary depending on the availability of the vehicle.

The customer must check the condition of the vehicle upon delivery and formulate any reservations in writing.

The transfer of ownership takes place upon full payment of the price.

Risks are transferred as soon as the vehicle is made available to the customer.

• Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years): the vehicle must conform to the description and be free from defects
• Guarantee against hidden defects: for non-apparent defects making the vehicle unfit for use
• Manufacturer's warranty: according to the manufacturer's conditions for new vehicles
• For used vehicles: commercial guarantee of varying duration depending on the vehicle

We offer a trade-in service for your old vehicle after evaluation.

The proposed trade-in price is valid for 30 days from the evaluation.

The vehicle must be in the condition described during the evaluation. Any difference may result in a price revision.

The repossessed vehicle must be accompanied by all documents (registration card, technical inspection, maintenance booklet).

For distance or off-premises sales, the customer has 14 days to withdraw.

This right does not apply to vehicles customized or manufactured to customer specifications.

Withdrawal is made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

In the event of withdrawal, all amounts paid will be refunded within 14 days.

Our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage resulting from non-performance of our obligations.

We cannot be held responsible for indirect damage such as operating loss, loss of profit, etc.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Your data is collected for sales and customer relationship management.

Any complaints must be sent in writing to our customer service.

In the event of a dispute, we undertake to seek an amicable solution.

In accordance with the regulations, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge.

In the absence of an amicable solution, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.

In the event of translation, only the French version is authentic.
